From Red Rock to Hughes Center
Peter Feinstein, the founder of Sapphire Gentlemen's Club and a Fatburger franchisee of more than 25 years, has opened the newest Fatburger in Las Vegas.
When the Red Rock Casino food court announced its closure in January 2026, the Fatburger team there reached out for help. Peter went to work. He found this Hughes Center space on Flamingo, remodeled it fast, and brought every employee with him.
The doors opened with the same crew, the same recipes, and the same promise we have kept since 1952.
